We’re growing fast and looking for a hands-on B2B Sales & Business Development pro to bring in the next wave of customers and partners. You’ll have the full playground – leads, assets, case studies, and a highly desired product.
What you’ll do
- Prospect, qualify, and close inbound and outbound leads
- Run demos and communicate the value of Tracklution clearly
- Collaborate with product and marketing to refine ICP and messaging
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Help shape our sales process as we scale
What we’re looking for
- Experience in B2B SaaS and/or martech sales with good results
- Confidence in lead generation, pitching, and closing deals
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Self-driven, smart, structured, and hungry for growth
- Fluency in English (Finnish or other languages a plus)
