Paid Ads Specialist (Performance Marketing)

We’re looking for a strategic Paid Ads Specialist to accelerate our customer acquisition engine (a.k.a The Hell Machine 🔥). You’ll own performance across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, affiliates, and beyond - building campaigns that really convert and scaling ads that drive business results.
What you’ll do
- Run and scale paid ad campaigns in one or multiple channels
- Own budget decisions and channel performance
- Build performance-driven customer acquisition funnels
- Analyse data, optimise campaigns, run tests and validate results
- Work closely with CGO, content, customer success and product to understand our users and align messaging
What we’re looking for
- Experience in paid performance marketing (2–5+ years)
- Proven track record scaling customer acquisition campaigns (e.g. SaaS, tech, consumer businesses with high volume like eCom)
- Sharp analytical mindset + creative testing approach
- Good technical skills and understanding (... but we're not expecting you to be a developer)
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset: You thrive with freedom and driving results
